FOOD SAFETY TIPS USED BY MAPLE LEAF FOODS

  •    Always cook the meat food to safe internal temperature
  •    Keep the food temperature on the exact level which it needs:                                                                             For cold food the temperature should be 4°C or below
        For hot food the temperature should be 60°C or above
